I was born in Milano - Italy, back in 1968. I have always been obsessed with Motocross since I was a child: I still remember my favorite action figure, a small brown rubber rider on his bike, probably some copy of a 70s Honda Elsinore. Growing up I tried all I could to race Motocross but - plain and simple - the skill to be a racer was not there. The only other chance I had to be involved in the World Motocross circus was becoming a photographer so here I am, some 25 years later, traveling around the Globe with my cameras, shooting the best sport & the best people in the World. After my full switch from film to digital in 2003 I started using Canon EOS 1D and 1Ds cameras and Canon EF-L lenses. Back in Europe I am part of the CPS Canon Professional Service, since 2004.
